Red Ribbon: Bangus ala Pobre and Chicken Cordon Bleu

Almost every time when we dine at Red Ribbon, these two dishes are on top of our must get list.

First dish is the Bangus ala Pobre. Fried Bangus fillet topped with crispy garlic. The fish is well seasoned and perfectly pan fried to give a crispy texture and golden brown appearance. The garlic adds flavours and its crispiness adds texture to the dish.

Next stop is the Chicken Cordon Bleu. Chicken breast filled with cheese, ham and mushrooms. This Chicken Cordon Bleu is crispy in the outside, juicy and creamy in the inside. I really like the taste of the fillings, the melted cheese blended with the smoky flavour of the ham. Perfect.

These dishes are really worth your money. Also did I mention that Red Ribbon’s combo meal comes with drinks and a slice of cake of your choice? Complete meal.

Until the next foodtrip. Keep on eating.
