Bellevue Hotel's Cafe de Aisle

It’s been a while since I last posted, so this time I’ll make sure that somehow you will enjoy this entry. Last Christmas, my wife won a free accommodation at Bellevue Hotel inclusive of a buffet breakfast for two. She won this from a radio promo of Jam 88.3. Last October 10, (10-10-10) we used this free accommodation to celebrate our anniversary. Today, I’ll be sharing our food experience at Bellevue Hotel.

We checked in around 6 PM and have our dinner at Cafe de Aisle. We ordered her favourite Chicken Cordon Bleu, a pasta dish called Chef’s Special and a Platter of Fruits.

While waiting for our order, we are served some bread and butter.
They also serve us a very nice Mongo Soup that is very rich and creamy.
Now for the main course, the Chicken Cordon Bleu is served with steam vegetables and fries. What I like in this dish is that the chicken is still moist and juicy in the inside. And also, take note that the serving in this restaurant is a little bigger than usual.
A closer look of the steam vegetables from Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Here is the Chef’s Special, a very yummy and creamy pasta dish. It’s like Carbonara but a little bit different.
And lastly the Platter of Fruits, fresh fruit to keep our body healthy.
My wife love the Sorbet included in the platter
After the dinner, we went back to our room and enjoy the night. Fastforward...

Here is the moment I’ve been waiting for, the breakfast buffet. This is our first time to eat in a buffet together and we are really excited seeing the wide variety of dishes. I will not go into details and will just show you our plates. This is a very unforgettable eating experience for us.

Round 1 - Bacon, Pan Cake, some Bread, Cold Cuts, Tocino and Ham.

Round 2 - Fresh Salad, Danggit, Hash Brown and Grilled Ham.

Round 3 - Scrambled Egg, Cheese Muffin, Sushi and Tuna in Teriyaki Sauce.
Round 4 - More Bacon, some Cold Cuts, Longganisa,Siomai and some Pastries.
Round 5 - Fruits and Yogurt for dessert.
Until the next foodtrip. Keep on eating.
