Kenny Rogers: Classic Healthy Plate

I’m really glad that Kenny Rogers is serving healthy dishes. The first time they introduced the Healthy Plate way back I can not remember, it includes ¼ Roast Chicken, Vegetable Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Corn Muffin and Kenny’s Lite Iced Tea. This is very healthy in my humble opinion.

We do not usually dine at Kenny Rogers, that’s why I’m a little bit surprised that they are now serving Healthy Meals Combo. You can choose from their High Fiber Meal, High Protein Meal, Low Calorie Meal, Light and Easy Plate, All-Vegie Plate and Classic Healthy Plate.

For me, the classic is still my favorite.
