MXT: Pancit Canton

Nothing beats my mother’s Pancit Canton, but if I have to choose a second best, it would be MXT’s version of Pancit Canton.

What I like in MXT Pancit Canton is the thick rich sauce that includes chunks of pork belly, shrimps, squid and squid balls and a lot of crunchy fresh vegetables. The egg noodles are perfectly cooked. One order of this dish is good for two people. I suggest that you also grab some shrimp and vegetable siopa when you order the Pancit Canton.
